Dogs are groomed on an appointment basis, if they are staying longer than 1 hour after  their scheduled appointment end-time, they must attend our daycare.

Pricing is subject to change. Extra large dogs will attract additional fees.

• All dogs must be vaccinated or titre tested

• Dogs must be fully flea and worm treated (a flea bath at your expense will be done if fleas are found on your pet)

• You must notify us of any behavioural or health concerns

• Dogs must be friendly towards people and other dogs

Here at Retreat we endeavour to have packages suitable to everyone, especially those who frequently use our services! 

NOTE: all pre-paid passes are non refundable except in extreme circumstances. These cases will be evaluated on a case by case basis and a value (excluding the value of services used and an administration fee) will be returned.

Late fee     $5 for the first 5 minutes, and then $1 for every minute thereafter. $5 minimum. 
                When you do not pick up your dog by closing at 6pm, a late fee is charged at the rate above.
